Well, you see, I having headache for the pass few days.
Really bad one. But is not really important now, I'm getting better.
Anyway, boxing is really fun. And readers should try to learn it to if you plan to slim down or for fitness purpose. Is really a good sport. Well, you don't have to train yourself like Mohammad Ali for whoever's sake. Have a mild or normal training will do just well.
In addition, you can just do some shadow boxing and learn how to punch and move is already enough.
