2010.

It's New Year Eve. It is time to reflect on what you have done this year. I think 2009 is a great year. With many missions in mind, hope the light will leads us to 2010 with a greater effect and impact to our life. Or at least welcome 2010 with a great fervor.

I think it is important to have a New Year resolution. 2009's some I had partaken and some...I just...Oh well, can't expect to fully fulfill the resolution isn't it? 2010's resolution would be a few simple one.

-Achieve the needed level of virtue.
-Stop online that often!
-Keep up the work I'm working on. Hesitating/Dragging is never a good thing.
-Read at least 10 new books. If possible finish 15 books.
-Keep up my boxing routine!
-Re-start the operation of LVAC. Time to do some serious charities!
-Have fun and enjoy!

Simple eh? I think I read about 11 books this year and all because of my laziness to read and stopped half way. A bad habit indeed. So, gotta strive harder! I have many books I want to buy in mind. But, I want to finish Brisingr first! Thanks Alex for lending me your popular card, hope you're not needed it for now. Man of virtue is a great outline in any man could be. Liu Bei wanted to lead China with virtue, I believe it is something powerful that you stop people from doing negative things by the virtue itself rather than something imposed on you (penalty, for instance) as per described before by Confucius. A man with virtue is an impervious character.

I also hope that LVAC will fully began its operation. Sad to say that this year we couldn't have any event due to H1N1. But, hopefully by next year, when everything is fine, we will do at least one event! So, members don't be afraid LVAC is closing or something, it's just...erm..under 'hibernation'. Just you wait ya.

Okay, time to go now (to sleep, it's 3.23am by the way and yes, I had been sleeping late everyday. Though, I woke up now due to a certain reason).

So, wishing in advance, Happy New Year, people! Have a great time celebrating! May everyone to have a great year! Cheers!

Summary.

Everything come and go. And, it's just left about 2 days before we gonna say good bye to 2009. Lot of things had happened. I learnt many new things which indeed a great knowledge. Experienced many new things things that I actually once thought it was unnecessary, not until if you give a chance to try, you will never know it is good and you may like it. Make many new friends which I appreciate their appearance to my life, and of course had lots of delicious food.

To me, 2009 was like split into 2 half, where I completed my A-levels and began my LL.B. When I began my A-levels in early 2008, the thought of going to LL.B is a bit a long way. But once completed, and zoom into the Degree, and wow, it was really fast. I'd constantly remind myself that time flies very fast so don't waste time doing things that will drag your time away (sometimes it is just hard to be discipline and just break the rules once a while).

As I grow older, some level of maturity ought to be enhanced as well, the situation would be different compare to A-levels and now LL.B. Well, starting out in 2008, I seemed to be like a bird just being released, so I went ahead doing things I want to do. However so, I had experienced those already and it is time to be mature. I guess, it's not just about study but developing the standard of mentality and ethical as a way to guide myself when I reach adulthood.

This year as noted, I'd experienced and learnt many sort of new things. You have to be calm whenever you do, don't allow the stress to get the better of you, as what I experienced during the A-levels final examination. The passing of my uncle also opened my eyes as to leave grudges and the solemn past behind and move on. And also, witnessing my mum's level of patience and strength (as she recovered pretty fast) is also an eye opener. This standard I ought to practice in my life albeit to understand this through what had happened to my uncle is something I'm a bit of regretting it.

The passing of MJ and some incidents I can't disclose also make me to cherish more of people you really care. They won't stay with us forever, so why make them angry or sad or depress over what you have done. Don't be selfish, think of the person you really love and care that what good will do to you if you make them miserable? Plus, in end result, you're not the only one to be affected, your actions may bring out negative effect and implications to people surrounds you.

As for my other private stuffs, I'm not praising myself but I feel that my lyrics had gotten better than before, previous time, it seems a bit...em, you can sense some immaturity in it. I guess practice really make you perfect. And, also, although just for a short moment, I had helped to compose Hero's Path, one of my new lyrics. It really was inspiring that the group members are really talented, the head composer is amazing, too. I hope the group can sing well. All the best, Kriver!

During the middle of 2009, I started out boxing after purchasing a speed ball. My first attempt of hitting the ball was an embarrassing one. Not only I couldn't evade the ball all the time, and I got hit on my back, imagine that when the ball swing to your back because you're only focusing in front and didn't care on your sides. Fate plays an amazing role. I never like boxing (I actually bought the speed ball which was a boxing equipment on the thought that to be a bit more fit than just weightlifting), at first I thought that boxing is just punching and punching, I couldn't find it desirable to finish an opponent by just punching as erm...previous time, I was good at kicking. I WAS SO WRONG.

Boxing is a sport and also a martial art albeit the fact that it was not recognised to be so but I do. What I'm trying to say is, boxing is some sort of the same plus sports and martial art are NEVER easy to practice. After I read Hajime no Ippo, I began to fully indulge in Boxing. Started step by step. I learn to box, learn to defend and footwork. And, boxing's biggest weapon is stamina (to me lah that is), so I got my lazy...to run and run. Then I got my heavy bag, my first try with he heavy back cut short with a scratch on my finger. But still, I find it enjoyable to learn boxing.

I forgot that on my Birthday is also know as the International Volunteer Day. I may not know most of volunteers around the world. But I would like to thank them (of whether in LVAC or others), I can't help to say that it is because of the Volunteers who willing sacrifice their time and energy to pour the love to the children, animals, the elders and also those needed. I know it's verrrrry late to write it here, but sincerity is there. Anyway, hope the volunteers will continue to give their support and show to the world that love is a powerful thing that no one can resist.

The meeting in Copenhagen, seems...a bit. Well, I know people can have a hard time to agree with each other. Each policy can result a downfall of the economy ever since the economy is still in the downturn. But, it is not impossible to reach an agreement if each country willing to help each other such as lowering taxes and encourage globalisation kind of sort of thing. I do not it is easy to say it out here, but it's not impossible.

Shiva of the Rave once said that life is like a full of traveling. As time goes by, you encountered more things, bringing more luggage around and witnessing more things. I like his quote, life is a never ending process of learning. I'm sure 2010 will be a good year to all. Most important is to enjoy our life. Life is all to short but joy and happiness, I think would make the process of life to be more memorable and exciting.

So that's it, the short summary of 2009. Have a blast of 2010! :D

Christmas

It's Christmas day! Haha it seems a bit late but

Remember to say Happy Christmas!!

Met Kiran and her friend in 1 Utama, enjoy some time with them before I leave. Accompanied them for a shopping which I consider as an eye opener and Kiran have good sense of direction *inside joke* haha Went for the function, sang and eat and watch some performances. Left pretty early, because I'm tired...they allowed me to leave, thank you! haha Even they don't, I will just go. lol

Anyway,

Enjoy the festive season with a great time!

I shall head to bed now, goodnight! :D

Stories

Thanks Hana for sending this email to me. So, I decided to post it up here. Hope you guys will read this as well.

1) "A story behind the rainbow"

Once upon a time the colors of the world started to quarrel. All claimed that they were the best. The most important. The most useful. The favorite. Green said:"Clearly I am the most important. I am the sign of life and of hope. I was chosen for grass, trees and leaves. Without me, all animals would die. Look over the countryside and you will see that I am in the majority." Blue interrupted:"You only think about the earth, but consider the sky and the sea. It is the water that is the basis of life and drawn up by the clouds from the deep sea. The sky gives space and peace and serenity. Without my peace, you would all be nothing." Yellow chuckled:"You are all so serious. I bring laughter, gaiety, and warmth into the world. The sun is yellow, the moon is yellow, the stars are yellow.. Every time you look at a sunflower, the whole world starts to smile. Without me there would be no fun." Orange started next to blow her trumpet:"I am the color of health and strength. I may be scarce, but I am precious for I serve the needs of human life. I carry the most important vitamins. Think of carrots, pumpkins, oranges, mangoes, and papayas. I don't hang around all the time, but when I fill the sky at sunrise or sunset, my beauty is so striking that no one gives another thought to any of you." Red could stand it no longer he shouted out:"I am the ruler of all of you. I am blood - life's blood! I am the color of danger and of bravery. I am willing to fight for a cause. I bring fire into the blood. Without me, the earth would be as empty as the moon. I am the color of passion and of love, the red rose, the poinsettia and the poppy." Purple rose up to his full height:He was very tall and spoke with great pomp: "I am the color of royalty and power. Kings, chiefs, and bishops have always chosen me for I am the sign of authority and wisdom. People do not question me! They listen and obey." Finally Indigo spoke, much more quietly than all the others, but with just as much determination: "Think of me. I am the color of silence. You hardly notice me, but without me you all become superficial. I represent thought and reflection, twilight and deep water. You need me for balance and contrast, for prayer and inner peace." And so the colors went on boasting, each convinced of his or her own superiority. Their quarreling became louder and louder. Suddenly there was a startling flash of bright lightening thunder rolled and boomed. Rain started to pour down relentlessly. The colors crouched down in fear, drawing close to one another for comfort. In the midst of the clamor, rain began to speak:"You foolish colors, fighting amongst yourselves, each trying to dominate the rest. Don't you know that you were each made for a special purpose, unique and different? Join hands with one another and come to me." Doing as they were told, the colors united and joined hands. The rain continued:"From now on, when it rains, each of you will stretch across the sky in a great bow of color as a reminder that you can all live in peace. The Rainbow is a sign of hope for tomorrow." And so, whenever a good rain washes the world, and a Rainbow appears in the sky, let us remember to appreciate one another.

2) "Love You Forever" by Robert Munsch

A mother held her new baby and very slowly rocked him back and forth, back and forth, back and forth. And while she held him, she sang: I'll love you forever, I'll like you for always, As long as I'm living my baby you'll be

. The baby grew. He grew and he grew and he grew. He grew until he was two years old, and he ran all around the house. He pulled all the books off the shelves. He pulled all the food out of the refrigerator and he took his mother's watch and flushed it down the toilet. Sometimes his mother would say, "this kid is driving me CRAZY!" But at night time, when that two-year-old was quiet, she opened the door to his room, crawled across the floor, looked up over the side of his bed; and if he was really asleep she picked him up and rocked him back and forth, back and forth, back and forth. While she rocked him she sang: I'll love you forever, I'll like you for always, As long as I'm living my baby you'll be. The little boy grew. He grew and he grew and he grew. He grew until he was nine years old. And he never wanted to come in for dinner, he never wanted to take a bath, and when grandma visited he always said bad words. Sometimes his mother wanted to sell him to the zoo! But at night time, when he was asleep, the mother quietly opened the door to his room, crawled across the floor and looked up over the side of the bed. If he was really asleep, she picked up that nine-year-old boy and rocked him back and forth, back and forth, back and forth. And while she rocked him she sang: I'll love you forever, I'll like you for always, As long as I'm living my baby you'll be. The boy grew. He grew and he grew and he grew. He grew until he was a teenager. He had strange friends and he wore strange clothes and he listened to strange music. Sometimes the mother felt like she was in a zoo! But at night time, when that teenager was asleep, the mother opened the door to his room, crawled across the floor and looked up over the side of the bed. If he was really asleep she picked up that great big boy and rocked him back and forth, back and forth, back and forth. While she rocked him she sang: I'll love you forever, I'll like you for always, As long as I'm living my baby you'll be. That teenager grew. He grew and he grew and he grew. He grew until he was a grown-up man. He left home and got a house across town. But sometimes on dark nights the mother got into her car and drove across town. If all the lights in her son's house were out, she opened his bedroom window, crawled across the floor, and looked up over the side of his bed. If that great big man was really asleep she picked him up and rocked him back and forth, back and forth, back and forth. And while she rocked him she sang: I'll love you forever, I'll like you for always, As long as I'm living my baby you'll be. Well, that mother, she got older. She got older and older and older. One day she called up her son and said, "You'd better come see me because I'm very old and sick." So her son came to see her. When he came in the door she tried to sing the song. She sang: I'll love you forever, I'll like you for always... But she couldn't finish because she was too old and sick. The son went to his mother. He picked her up and rocked her back and forth, back and forth, back and forth. And he sang this song: I'll love you forever, I'll like you for always, As long as I'm living my Mommy you'll be. When the son came home that night, he stood for a long time at the top of the stairs. Then he went into the room where his very new baby daughter was sleeping. He picked her up in his arms and very slowly rocked her back and forth, back and forth, back and forth. And while he rocked her he sang: I'll love you forever, I'll like you for always, As long as I'm living my baby you'll be.

3) "The Father's Eyes"

This teenager lived alone with his father, and the two of them had a very special relationship. Even though the son was always on the bench, his father was always in the stands cheering. He never missed a game. This young man was still the smallest of the class when he entered high school. But his father continued to encourage him but also made it very clear that he did not have to play football if he didn't want to. But the young man loved football and decided to hang in there. He was determined to try his best at every practice, and perhaps he'd get to play when he became a senior. All through high school he never missed a practice nor a game, but remained a bench warmer all four years. His faithful father was always in the stands, always with words of encouragement for him. When the young man went to college, he decided to try out for the football team as a "walk-on." Everyone was sure he could never make the cut, but he did. The coach admitted that he kept him on the roste because he always puts his heart and soul into every practice, and at the same time, provided the other members with the spirit and hustle they badly needed. The news that he had survived the cut thrilled him so much that he rushed to the nearest phone and called his father. His father shared his excitement and was sent season tickets for all the college games. This persistent young athlete never missed practice during his four years at college, but he never got to play in the game.It was the end of his senior football season, and as he trotted onto the practice field shortly before the big play off game, the coach met him with a telegram. The young man read the telegram and he became deathly silent. Swallowing hard, he mumbled to the coach, "My father died this morning. Is it all right if I miss practice today?" The coach put his arm gently around his shoulder and said, "Take the rest of the week off, son. And don't even plan to come back to the game on Saturday. Saturday arrived, and the game was not going well. In the third quarter, when the team was ten points behind, a silent young man quietly slipped into the empty locker room and put on his football gear. As he ran onto the sidelines, the coach and his players were astounded to see their faithful teammate back so soon."Coach, please let me play. I've just got to play today," said the young man. The coach pretended not to hear him. There was no way he wanted his worst player in this close playoff game. But the young man persisted, and finally feeling sorry for the kid, the coach gave in. "All right," he said."You can go in." Before long, the coach, the players and everyone in the stands could not believe their eyes. This little unknown, who had never played before was doing everything right. The opposing team could not stop him. He ran, he passed, blocked and tackled like a star.. His team began to triumph. The score was soon tied. In the closing seconds of the game, this kid intercepted a pass and ran all the way for the winning touchdown. The fans broke loose. His teammates hoisted him onto their shoulders. Such cheering you've never heard! Finally, after the stands had emptied and the team had showered and left the locker room, the coach noticed that the young man was sitting quietly in the corner all alone. The coach came to him and said, "Kid, I can't believe it. You were fantastic! Tell me what got into you? How did you do it?" He looked at the coach, with tears in his eyes, and said, "Well, you knew my dad died, but did you know that my dad was blind?" The young man swallowed hard and forced a smile, "Dad came to all my games, but today was the first time he could see me play, and I wanted to show him I could do

Catch!

Greetings.

Haven't have much time to update lately. Last Sunday went to Ipoh. When to Tok Alang (I wonder if it's the correct name, my apologies if it's wrong) for the Seafood. Looking forward for the gigantic lobsters but not available :( You have to make a booking because it's Sunday. Oh well, so we picked a smaller prawn which was also very delicious! :D

When to a mall (name, I forgot haha!) to get my games XD Bought 4 new games and updated my psp. So, when night falls, we look for the famous western food in some restaurant near to Jusco. Sadly, it didn't open, again! Few times when we visited Ipoh, we always tried to go there and each occasion it didn't open. Had the famous chicken rice instead.

Got something in Jusco, perfected the things I want for CNY. haha. And, that night I couldn't sleep!! Stayed up until 6am then only went to bed for like two hours...I was surprise to see some friends who also stayed up. But thanks for accompanying me that morning.

So, returned on Monday, began my busy day of writing/visiting/performance. I had some pictures but lazy to post la. So don't look forward for it my dear friends.

Sleeping pretty late ever since the holiday started. Not to forget, dropped my exercise to allow my body to fully rest, eating habits had once returned. So, all those bad, bad implications reappeared. Something I do not want to have right now! Allergy is very troublesome, mum bought a book about all types of allergies, hope it can help a bit. I had this what you call urticaria or hives, whatever you may call. Great, so sensitive is not a good thing.

I managed to find time to watch a movie, watched 2012...the graphic and the CG scene is pretty cool but very boring-lah. Kind of disappointed with he movie. Granted there were some positive values you can find here. Like cherish your love one, don't do things that will make them sad or so forth. But...the storyline it's uninteresting...no second time for 2012. And, one thing is that, although the Mayan calender stops 21.12.2012, there are many reason why they stopped there. So, whether if it's true we will know when the time comes.

So, Christmas is about come, I bet everyone will be busy preparing for Christmas even to those who are not Christian, I pretty much believe they will take the time out for the their love one. 6 days after Christmas would be the end of the year. 2010, are you guys ready? :)

Oh, Wanna watch Avatar, Storm Warriors, Sherlock Holmes and many more! keke later!

H O L I D A Y

Holiday starts now! Exam ended yesterday, not much of celebration since I was sick, friends were busy, so after lunch, have to go back.

Seriously, my mock, I'd did it, regretablely. I wouldn't discuss my flaw in here, but will keep it in mind, it's my first time doing it...not nice la...

Jeez, well, let's worried after the break.

I have a lot of things to do during this holiday. Shall I make a list? Why not?

-Drama, wanna finish watching The Four
-GAMES, GAMES and GAMES. New games have already been released for the last few months. Oh, they are so waiting for me.
-Online/VlE research. This is actually one of the primary things I ought to do.
-Writing 3 new lyrics! Not to forget, I actually might have the chance to compose one of my own piece! :DDD
-Travelling. Yes! See new things, eat nice food! RELAX time. :)
-Several celebration to attend.
-some outings with old friends.

and many more.

Boy oh boy, Christmas and New year is just like 2 weeks away, last year is just like yesterday. Time goes by, we can never stand the same. Another year, another you. Enjoy!

Oh, why...

One of the thing where people wouldn't want is to get sick, especially in times of emergency or important thing. For instance, it's your important day, and you suddenly sick. All the mood to do things, might have crushed Kiran also sick. My dad also, and Mum joined the list.

And, here I'm, got food poisoning (a mild one), urgh...stomach ache....have you ever go to the toilet 4 times in 10 minutes? Nausea...I've to...rest...this is freggin' tired...could I go for the mock?

urgh...sleep...

Questioning.

Why War should be avoided. Not only War obstruct the peace and order, it creates a negative aura among the world. Pain and suffering should be avoided at all cost.

As we know, war destroys men and women. Yet, those remained alive will be haunted by unpleasant memories for the rest of his/her life. But what if the soldiers die/any civilian, who will suffers? The love one, of course, especially for the women.

Read.

Verse 9.

BUT THE DEAD SOLDIER'S LADY DOES NOT DANCE.
But the lady in the Detention Centre
does not dance.
But the honour killing lady does not dance.
But the drowned policeman's lady
does not dance.
But the lady in the filthy hospital ward
does not dance.
But the lady in Wootton Bassett does not dance.
But the gangmaster's lady does not dance.
But the lady with the pit bull terrier
does not dance.
But another dead soldier's lady
does not dance.

Inspiring indeed. Carol Ann Duff actually wrote a poem regarding UK sending troops to you know where. Soldiers' wife/husband/mother/father/son/daughter were all equally affected.

Is true that war is something human cannot avoid? Look at the history.

You can get the full poem in here, Carol Ann Duffy's The Twelve Days of Christmas 2009

Anyway, papers left: 2!

Holiday is waiting for me! Can't wait! But, first settle the reading first. So see ya!

:D

Say hello to Mocks Exam!

Yes, started today. Today clearly a busy day. After the exam ended for the day, we stayed in college for few hours before we went to Mandarin Oriental Hotel. We were invited to catch Lord Mance's speech about "The Changing Role of the Independent of Judiciary". I think it's a great one! He touched several key ares of Law which I think it's really interesting. Hope to see Lord Mance again! There's an interesting fact, too. Both him and his wife are high ranking judges (He's the Judge of Supreme Court of UK and his wife Lady Arden is a judge in Court of Appeal)! I really do appreciate the fact that ATC allows us to go for such great event. I hope for more in future :D

Anyway, still got 3 more subjects to go. Ends on this very Thursday andddd I will have my holiday, my hiatus status will once again reappear. Busy with several events (Christmas eve and New Year, etc). I might going to compose a song! haha It's like finally, I might have a chance to do so. So many works waiting for me in line this holiday. Hope to settle it a.s.a.p.

It's a tiring day, indeed. But, a great day, as well. :D

Setsugekka.

Proudly present to you; Setsugekka-The End of Silence by GACKT.

I whispered to you who embraced the crescent moon
I want to see you who danced with the powder snow
Carrying just one single thought
I scattered the crimson dyed snow across the sky

I can become flowers to embrace you
The feelings welling up bloom everywhere surrounding us
I could have loved you so much it'd stole my heart away
I screamed over and over into the night sky

I kept singing, staining my breath red
You show yourself in my dream this evening
The season you vanished is soon to end
I'll add up the tears and change them to powder snow to show you

I can become snow to embrace you
Dance, scattering the feelings that well up
As much as I try to hide the wounds
Somehow, the tears overflow

Your smiling face has grown hazy, I can no longer see it

If I can become the moon that illuminates you
I'll search for you, scattering stars across the sky
Even if my body rots

I can become snow to embrace you
I can become flowers to colour the image of you in the night sky
As much as I try to touch you
You vanish in my grasp... the "flower of snow"
I screamed over and over into the night sky

To reach you

Thank.

WHAT HAPPENS IN HEAVEN

This is one of the nicest e-mails I have seen and is so true:

I dreamt that I went to Heaven and an angel was showing me around. We walked side-by-side inside a large workroom filled with angels.. My angel guide stopped in front of the first section and said, 'This is the Receiving Section. Here, all petitions to God said in prayer are received. '

I looked around in this area, and it was terribly busy with so many angels sorting out petitions written on voluminous paper sheets and scraps from people all over the world.

Then we moved on down a long corridor until we reached the second section.

The angel then said to me, ' This is the Packaging and Delivery Section. Here, the graces and blessings the people asked for are processed and delivered to the living persons who asked for them. ' I noticed again how busy it was there. There were many angels working hard at that station, since so many blessings had been requested and were being packaged for delivery to Earth.

Finally at the farthest end of the long corridor we stopped at the door of a very small station. To my great surprise, only one angel was seated there, idly doing nothing. 'This is the Acknowledgment Section,' my angel friend quietly admitted to me. He seemed embarrassed. 'How is it that there is no work going on here?' I asked.

'So sad,' the angel sighed. 'After people receive the blessings that they asked for, very few send back acknowledgments.'

'How does one acknowledge God's blessings? ' I asked.

'Simple,' the angel answered. Just say, ' Thank you, Lord. '

'What blessings should they acknowledge? ' I asked.

'If you have food in the refrigerator, clothes on your back, a roof overhead and a place to sleep you are richer than 75% of this world. If you have money in the bank, in your wallet, and spare change in a dish, you are among the top 8% of the world 's wealthy.'

'And if you get this on your own computer, you are part of the 1% in the world who has that opportunity. '

'If you woke up this morning with more health than illness ... You are more blessed than the many who will not even survive this day...'

'If you have never experienced the fear in battle, the loneliness of imprisonment, the agony of torture, or the pangs of starvation .. You are ahead of 700 million people in the world. '

'If you can attend a place of worship without the fear of harassment, arrest, torture or death you are envied by, and more blessed than, three billion people in the world.. '

'If your parents are still alive and still married ..you are very rare. '

'If you can hold your head up and smile, you are not the norm, you're unique to all those in doubt and despair. '

Ok, what now? How can I start?

If you can read this message, you just received a double blessing in that someone was thinking of you as very special and you are more blessed than over two billion people in the world who cannot read at all.

Have a good day, count your blessings, and if you care to, pass this along to remind everyone else how blessed we all are.

Copenhagen!

Okay guys, listen up. I'm sure you heard of the Copenhagen right?

Okay, Before you wondering what is the matter with me, I want you to know that the world Leaders to discuss any other new methods to deal with the global climate change at the UN Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen, 7-18 December 2009. This new deal will replace the Kyoto Protocol and set new standards for reducing harmful emissions and global warming.

So if you then ask me, what can you do?

Go and vote for it!

Why vote for it?

You are exercising your own right to voice out what you think is correct and will benefit not just for your own but also the future generation, your family and friends. It's time for us to repay Earth for providing comfort and anything else. Earth Hour had endlessly contributed their time and effort just to encourage people like us to take part and to voice our thoughts to the leaders!

If you guys wanted to know how the climate will affect us then let's learn how the climate changes. Check the video.

If you guys don't want to check the video then read

Background:
The contention of the larger number of climatologists is that human activities since the industrial revolution have increased the content of CO2, methane and other gases in the atmosphere that trap solar heat. At the same time human activities have reduced the forest cover that had traditionally absorbed these same materials. They state that an increasing level of these atmospheric constituents has lead to a chain of chemical and physical changes that have increased the world's average temperature.

Observations of atmospheric gas composition, average sea water temperatures, atmospheric temperatures etc. confirm the trends and support the proposition.

Potential Impacts:

1. The sea levels may rise. Technically this may be caused by melting ice from the polar ice caps or an increase in sea height as the less dense water is less compressed. Low lying land like many Pacific Islands and Miami will be under water.

2. Serious climate changes may result from diverted ocean currents. As an example, the Gulf Stream keeps Europe warm. If the Stream is not running Europe may be much cooler and drier. Crops may not grow.

3. Ecology changes on the land could include species of animals and plants extending their range to the polar regions. Local flora and fauna may become extinct. A good example is the spread of Africanized bees and Fire Ants. Sea life may also be impacted both through the introduction of competitive species presently kept in other areas by water temperature changes, and by failure to adapt to less saline water.

4. Human society may be disrupted if changes in rainfall and temperature cause crop failure. Famine refugees may require significant humanitarian attention by the "lucky" nations.

Conflicting opinions?

Yes indeed, some people don't agree!

However, the problem breaks down into two potential scenarios. Either there is a basis for fear about climate change, or, there isn't.

If Climate Change isn't real and we do nothing - good! Except of course many of the problems that science has identified and blamed as causing Climate Change are just plain wastes of resources, and inefficient and uneconomical practices that should be addressed anyway. A polluted, climatically steady world with no fish and no oil will be no fun at all.

If Climate Change is not real and we do all the things that we should - reduce emissions, cut fuel use, re-establish forests - we're out money (maybe) but in general the world is a better and more sustainable place.

If Climate Change is real and we do nothing - we are dead or at least very miserable.

If Climate Change is real and we work to correct all our bad habits we might still be in trouble ... if it's too little and too late, but we'll go down fighting. If we succeed we live.

An afterthought:

Comments to this original post stated:

* it isn't real/ it is made up/ a figment of our imagination.
* There are no facts. The fact is we know nothing about it. Whether we are causing it or it is a phase the world goes through. It is just a theory. It will never be a fact.

The original article is here, wikianswers

The effect of the global climate is well known by most of people. Accordingly, to WHO scientist Diarmid Campbell-Lendrum says health is inextricably linked to climate. "Extreme weather events such as floods and droughts, heat waves and cold waves affect people in the world pretty much every day, and they often make the news," he said. "However, more subtle and gradual effects, such as the effects of changing temperature and precipitation on infectious diseases, on diarrhea disease, on vector-borne diseases and on malnutrition often go unnoticed, but are probably more important."

And, I want you guys to watch this video as well

Okay now, readers, I hope you will go to this EarthHour to cast your vote. Your vote would be well appreciate. The effort is not tiring and hard. It's not time consuming either way. For a simple click you can actually save our mother earth. So, do not think this is waste of time. Think of the future. We were really been warned.

By the way, you can also suggest your opinion through the Facebook or Twitter and also Earthhour blog

So cheers! Help by voting for Earth! :D

I don't want to describe how was the celebration, let it be my only memory. :)

You guys know about Disney's latest anime? The Princess and the Frog.

Well, not gonna talk about it (but, you know, princess kisses a frog, turn out to be a handsome prince, and they lived happily ever after kind of myth.) Wanna talk about the song, Never Knew I needed. Kinda reflect on my situation. Well, check on the song, a nice one, really.

5th December.

Haha it's my birthday today. I'm 19 now. Two more years for me to receive the key and reach adulthood. Well, I thought you will only be an adult when you're 21. Can say, I'm waiting for it. :D

Anyway, the purpose of this post is actually to say my thank to Vivian, Stephanie A and R, GreenTea, Kiran, JJ, Carrie, Pui Yee, Vinci, Kavitha, Jessica, Alex, Heather, Kim, Money, Jonathan amd Wai Keng for celebrating my birthday. Thanks for preparing for me. :D

Anyway, gotta go. Going for a buffet lunch! See ya!

Seminar

Class ended pretty well and earlier, too. By 9pm all students have already released and rushing home.

The class as usual, very productive in a certain length I must say. And as usual, he still have his certain style of lecturing us. Not that surprise though.

Well, Prof. Wayne Morisson certainly wanted us to think out of box. That what his seminar concern about. Frankly, it's not just important for our studies but also our daily life. We ought to be sharp enough on whatever we do.

Had to appreciate what he doing today. hehe and it's a good experience!

With.

Wayne Morrison is coming back for today's seminar!

Last time, I think about 3 months back, his seminar, I would consider less ordinary. And, he's back for today for another session with us.

Like last time, he also prepared some assignments for us to complete...and...will proceed to question us! I had to say it's fine but not when...

Oh well, feeling stress lately. Wonder if it's the main cause of my sleepless night.

Or is it because of the bed?

Anyway, see ya.

December.

Hello December!

Time flies (yea, I repeated then and now And Siao Ying also have a recent post about Time Flies), 2009 is gonna say good bye to us. Innumerable number of events and incidents happened during the year long. Some I enjoyed and some were pleasant not at all. I shall write something nearing the end of the year about this year, you know like a time line, sort of thing.

Mega sales started. As we all know, not only just Christian to shop for Christmas, many Chinese who are celebrating Chinese New Year where it is just about 3 months away, and of course, we are shopping for clothes! Well, I think wise consumers will buy everything suitable now. I’m equally excited about Christmas. The winter season is always my favourite.

And, we went to Mid Valley yesterday in which I didn’t shop for a really, really long time. Some shirts are even bought by my mum, without having me there. So, yesterday I had some time, so I bought some shirts. The clothes for CNY is almost complete, now just need to get my jeans. I can’t wait for CNY now :D I got some amazing shirts for price you may not imagine.

I actually liked Siao Ying’s post. Weather turn from cold to hot. What she means in our class starting from very quiet and cold attitude to each other began to melt and she have more friends compare to last time. Yeah, as a person experience it first hand, I understand how it feels. Especially when after you got out from your inner circle of friends, who will feel something is different from before. Well, not to say I miss my old friends is just that you don’t feel that comfortable (especially I’m a bit of anti-social kind). Slowly, the ice will melt. I think this part is crucial. Even you’re totally an anti-social type, when you got into adulthood, you need communication skills. I’m still more to learn.

Tony Blair, the former prime minister of UK will be inquired about his reason for sending troops to Iraq. Fairly, I want to know, why he decided to do so as well. Tony Blair was a good minister, no doubt that the Iraq might as well be the main cause of his downfall. I was told that during the WWII, the American helped England to fight against the Nazi. Yes, a past which I shouldn’t dig out, but I think readers may want to know why. So therefore, Tony Blair felt oblige to help the American.

To be blunt, Iraq never had WMD (weapon of mass destruction), where is the evidence? Unless I’m wrong, I apologise but, reality the war was never necessary. To those who follow my blog, may not that the we shouldn’t support war because of reason we all know. Pain and suffering to those innocent could not be remedied. Well, to me that, war is not a wise option, we all know how economic recession affects the world and subsequently the nation’s wellbeing. And, war will create that such situation. We don’t need to be a scientist or economic expert to know how.

And also, happy birthday to Joseph Ching. Cheers. Another December baby ;D

Wing.

Just got back from class.

Sunday also got class (yea, had been fretting about this like few times already)

Well, our lecturer, Mr.Daniel informed us we will also have class on Sunday next week! I thought Ms.Ann said we will have our break on December. Oh well. Expect more classes during weekend.

Well, aside of being tired, I felt that this is one of the stage of maturity that many of us must go through. This is the process where I think, we ought to develop our mentality and no single thing comes without effort.

I think that as the road to be a better adult, we gotta experience something, otherwise we won't learn things and grow.

Far in the light, I can see it
In every scene of the night
A tiny feather of love
I gotta go

Nice song. haha

Today.

Happy Thanksgiving to all Christian friends

and

Selamat Hari Raya to all Muslim friends

Enjoy!

YES!

I have a few friends became a vegetarian yesterday!

Many thanks to Siao Ying, Vivian, Kiran, Stephanie, etc! Haha Your deed will be well appreciated. Well, I do know that our contribution is as small as a penny, then again, we did what we should, is fair enough, right?

Twin of brothers is not that hard except for the chorus part. Whew, safe for now! Should be able to sing that song, I think.

Anyway, found this;

Nice eh? Will keep it in mind.

MEATLESS DAY!

Tomorrow is International Vegetarian Day.

"To promote the joy, compassion and life-enhancing possibilities of vegetarianism. It brings awareness to the ethical, environmental, health and humanitarian benefits of a vegetarian lifestyle."
-Wikipedia.

Well, it is also know as SAK Meatless Day. (SAK=Stop All killing)

The philosophy underlying SAK has been preached by Sadhu T.L Vaswani and Dada J.P Vaswani.

Sadhu Vaswani said –
If indeed, life is one, is not the animal too, my brother? And am I not his keeper?
Meat eating will one day be condemned as murder!

Dada J.P Vaswani said –
Meat eating and world peace appear to be poles apart. Actually the two are interlinked. So long as animals and birds are slain to provide food for man, so long we will not see peace on the face of this Earth. If man kills an animal for food, he will not hesitate in killing a fellow man whom he considers as his enemy. The root cause of world wars is irreverence towards life.

The main objectives:

Asking people to sign pledges to go without meat on November 25th.
Saving animals from slaughterhouses
Requesting Hotels and caterers to refrain from serving meat on November 25th
Marching for Peace across the world in November 25th.

# We work towards the cause in the long term by –
Creating awareness about Animal Rights through newsletters, articles in the press and banners
Working to get the Government to pass rules and laws that protect animal rights
Approaching schools to educate children about the need for compassion towards animals, and the evils of meat eating.

For more information, check this Meatlessday

So, I think it's pretty late to write this in here, but I still managed to ask my friends to be vegan for tomorrow. Well, it's certainly not for fun, but for the animals' right. You do aware we kill animals for our own good; so, tomorrow I hope those enthusiastic people will follow what we do! Become a vegetarian for just tomorrow!

I certainly will be, will you?

Ring your song.

Didn't expect that I will be writing this post like around 3 something.

Well, not about nasal blockage, the old sickness suddenly arose. And, the mosquito...(no thanks to the mosquito, otherwise I won't be awaken at the first place!)

Not gonna rant about it, since it's already like this, then let it be. Just hope to sleep back ASAP.

I will again write some new lyrics, without time limit this time. I had been writing the same genre over and over lately, even I feeling pretty bored. So, I'm gonna write something new. Possible about life or at least something different. The only thing is if I got time to write.

Mock exam is like so near now. Not sure if I'm totally prepared myself. There are so many reading materials to be done, and I haven't completed half of it yet! I wonder how long my seniors took to complete reading 3 or 5 topics. Gotta catch up fast.

I like this simple song by Eri Itou, Ring your Song.

Now we've come so far from darkness
and will never be apart
so we leave for tomorrow
to start our lives again

Find me there, my tiny feathers
of my holy ancient days
you will calm all my sadness
and ring your song
only for me

Find me there, my tiny feathers
of my holy ancient days
I will calm all your sadness
and sing my song
only for you

This song was one of the theme song for Tsubasa Chronicle. (the lyric is from capturedwings.net)

I guess, we all looking/waiting for a person like the song may suggested isn't it? Yea, it's a lovely one.

Feel.

Haven’t got much time to update my blog lately. Yes, being pretty busy with classes, rushing to complete both reading and working assignments. In addition, I have private stuffs to attend, well at least not for today, I have my ‘break’ day.

It had been a very frenzied week, no less from the busy schedule of classes (this week, I even have Saturday class, not to forget I have compulsory class every Sunday) so, well, tiring you may say, but it’s something I had expected earlier, luckily, I had prepared my mental state, but still in reality, you do may be lacking of energy, spirit or something ridiculous, oxygen to breathe.

Hold your horse if you think I’m fanatical

I’m still in the process to enable my body to the suit the new system or lifestyle. And, of course we can suit to new things pretty fast, just wait and see. It just happens to everyone, just that we resist changing because we are comfortable with what we have now.

Stress level had slowly gained its momentum, at times, I do feel the pressure had got me in certain level of unreasonableness (so it seems that my heavy bag had become my sole victim, yet it really helpful in releasing some extent of tension). I glad that I bought books about Buddhism as it had been really affective in rebuilding my composure. One needs to incorporate virtues in life to enable one walking on to the right path of life and one to ends with an honourable way.

It’s in the late November now, the end of 2009 it just a month plus away, and Christmas is coming! I enjoy holidays that occur in December. Haha reason why, I don’t really know, just feeling unique. Christmas can resembles many things, if you may put aside of the true meaning of Christmas. Nonetheless, it’s something you would enjoy, especially, if Malaysia will be covered with snow. I’m sure many couples will have their day on Christmas, too.

Oh, one more thing, Chan, your mission is about to start soon. I do hope you will take action A.S.A.P! Remember, Act before you hesitate, and whatever is the end result, it’s not something you should really regret upon. In fact, you finally able to settle everything, understand everything and you may feel settle. Wish you luck, man! Let me know the result as well!

I realised something, ever since I couldn’t concur with my own feeling, I need to be placed in a special place (mountain for example) and then meditate. Seriously, I need to come up with a decision, a decision that may be very crucial and it may affect my system. A resolute decision is needed.

Anyway, another issue I would like address is regarding of The League of Volunteers for Animals and Children (LVAC). It seems to be rather silent, yes, but do not panic to those members, the group is still in healthy state. Just that H1N1 was reported to be greatly dangerous, thus activities had to be rearranged. Although, the disease, on the surface in Malaysia is like no news, but I definitely wouldn’t want to take the risk. What is the point of getting sick and then you can’t be a volunteer, after all, you gotta be healthy to be a volunteer, isn’t it? It seems to be persuasive for me say H1N1 is the reason, but the truth is that the members’ health is one of the concerns in the management. Nonetheless, don’t worry, LVAC will resumes its activities once the flu is subdued.

Politics in Malaysia is ever amusing. Yea, you can say I’m being sarcastic or whatever, the recent appointment of Anwar as Selangor’s Economic advisor, I reckon to be either for bad or for good. Not to say Anwar is all together bad or what, but I concur with Mahathir’s argument that previously Anwar planned to take the IMF’s ways, as he suggested it’s bad for the economics of Malaysia. Then again, another view is that during Anwar’s former position (Finance Minister), Malaysia had a surplus budget. It’s really a yes or no proposition to say Anwar’s appointed is bad or good. But, isn’t it something amiss by appointing him? I save the argument to people who are concern in this.

I do hope to see the MCA resolves the internal problem swiftly, seriously, they are not playing the game right. With all the recent news, what good will derive from being so uncultivated in dealing problems. Time is ticking, and problems remained sunken. Settle it soon, and soon the confidence may be regained. It’s up to their willingness and delegates support.

Anyway, got to go, till then.

Five Minutes Management Course
Lesson 1:

A man is getting into the shower just as his wife is finishing up her shower, when the doorbell rings.

The wife quickly wraps herself in a towel and runs downstairs.

When she opens the door, there stands Bob, the next-door neighbour.

Before she says a word, Bob says, 'I'll give you $800 to drop that towel.'

After thinking for a moment, the woman drops her towel and stands naked in front of Bob, after a few seconds, Bob hands her $800 and leaves.

The woman wraps back up in the towel and goes back upstairs.

When she gets to the bathroom, her husband asks, 'Who was that?'

'It was Bob the next door neighbour,' she replies.

'Great,' the husband says, 'did he say anything about the $800 he owes me?'

Moral of the story:?

If you share critical information pertaining to credit and risk with your shareholders in time, you may be in a position to prevent avoidable exposure.

Lesson 2:

A priest offered a Nun a lift.

She got in and crossed her legs, forcing her gown to reveal a leg.

The priest nearly had an accident.

After controlling the car, he stealthily slid his hand up her leg...?

The nun said, 'Father, remember Psalm 129?'

The priest removed his hand. But, changing gears, he let his hand slide up her leg again.
The nun once again said, 'Father, remember Psalm 129?'

The priest apologized 'Sorry sister but the flesh is weak.'

Arriving at the convent, the nun sighed heavily
and went on her way.

On his arrival at the church, the priest rushed to look up Psalm 129. It said, 'Go forth and seek, further up, you will find glory.'

Moral of the story:
If you are not well informed in your job, you might miss a great opportunity.

Lesson 3:

A sales rep, an administration clerk, and the manager are walking to lunch when they find an antique oil lamp.

They rub it and a Genie comes out.
The Genie says, 'I'll give each of you just one wish.'
'Me first! Me first!' says the admin clerk. 'I want to be in the Bahamas , driving a speedboat, without a care in the world.'
Puff! She's gone.

'Me next! Me next!' says the sales rep. 'I want to be in Hawaii , relaxing on the beach with my personal masseuse, an endless supply of Pina Coladas and the love of my life..'

Puff! He's gone.

'OK, you're up,' the Genie says to the manager.
The manager says, 'I want those two back in the office after
lunch.'

Moral of the story:
Always let your boss have the first say.

Lesson 4

An eagle was sitting on a tree resting, doing nothing.

A small rabbit saw the eagle and asked him, 'Can I also sit like you and do nothing?'
The eagle answered: 'Sure, why not.'

So, the rabbit sat on the ground below the eagle and rested. All of a sudden, a fox appeared, jumped on the rabbit and ate it..

Moral of the story:
To be sitting and doing nothing, you must be sitting very, very high up.

Lesson 5

A turkey was chatting with a bull.

'I would love to be able to get to the top of that tree' sighed the turkey, 'but I haven't got the energy.'
'Well, why don't you nibble on some of my droppings?' replied the bull. They're packed with nutrients.'

The turkey pecked at a lump of dung, and found it actually gave him enough strength to reach the lowest branch of the tree..

The next day, after eating some more dung, he reached the second branch.

Finally after a fourth night, the turkey was proudly perched at the top of the tree.

He was promptly spotted by a farmer, who shot him out of the tree.

Moral of the story:
Bull Shit might get you to the top, but it won't keep you there...

Lesson 6

A little bird was flying south for the winter. It was so cold the bird froze and fell to the ground into a large field.

While he was lying there, a cow came by and dropped some dung on him.

As the frozen bird lay there in the pile of cow dung, he began to realize how warm he was.

The dung was actually thawing him out!

He lay there all warm and happy, and soon began to sing for joy.
A passing cat heard the bird singing and came to investigate.

Following the sound, the cat discovered the bird under the pile of cow dung, and promptly dug him out and ate him.

Morals of the story:
(1) Not everyone who shits on you is your enemy.

(2) Not everyone who gets you out of shit is your
friend.

(3) And when you're in deep shit, it's best to keep
your mouth shut!

Sunday

Sunday morning, smell fresh and feeling peaceful.

And, I got class later in the afternoon.

Life will be getting extremely busy, especially there are so many things to be done and reading need to be accomplished ASAP.

Research have to start now. And, I have to choose one topic for my research. It's like thesis in many universities. It's my first.

Talk about first.

I tried lot of things this year with my new found friends and also with some old friends.

Something I won't do in previous time, and I tried. The process is fine and quite fun as well.

I did things that people thinks I won't do. After all, why not try things when you have one life?

Of course I aware that you can't excel in all things you do and people choose to excel or be the best on one thing they like or prefer.

But, one way or another, we ought to try or at least experience it first hand.

Anyway, got to prepare for class. Later.

A day without fear.

The plan to Da Vinci's gallery was off.

Reason was, we unable to ensure the journey to Pusat Sains Negara is through the use of bus. You see, they said they RapidKl bus will only operate like 6am-9am. How are we suppose to get to KL Sentral so early?

So, since I figured this operation too late, we can't find another way to get there in such a short time, so our plan had to be cancelled. Sad thing, was looking forward to check the gallery. But, our plan will still keep alive, perhaps we will go there next month, luckily the gallery will be still around Malaysia till next year.

So, Tuesday night, I arranged to go to Bangsar to meet Vincent. And Wednesday morning, I suddenly remember of the sms that MPH sent to my mum's. About MPH clearance sale. 50% to 30% discount. Partly with value buy rate. Most of them cost around Rm2-Rm15. As a book lover, and the fact that I consider MPH, Borders, Kinokuniya, etc as one of my paradise. Nerd or whatever you call, Books, I shall consider as the fountain of wisdom.

I bought 13 books! No, my dad bought for me as birthday present. Thank you, dad! One of the best present. :)

I also finally got some books I wanted to have! Nelson Mandela, Bll Clinton, Buddhism, Q'uran, The Appeal and more. The only thing I'm still looking for is the Book of Heritance, Volume 3, Brisingr, only with some discount, I might had already gain possession of it! And, I'm looking for a book about Christianity, which I found it yesterday, but no approval.

Anyhow, due to the time I spent, I couldn't go to Bangsar (have class on 6.30), so Vincent being very generous, agreed to come all the way to Sunway Pyramid. And, he agreed to take one of my lyric! The lyric most likely will given back to me, as he said he already have a few in hand. Not a bad thing, as I preferred to get back my piece.

So, had my dinner at Old Town, and while one my way, I saw a shop which sells glove (Universe something), the cute girl there was kinda good attraction, the girl kind of suits me, eh...I'm running out of bound now haha but I still managed to get my glove! I shall no longer feel much cold and harshness now!

The time spent and traffic jam nearly cause me to be late on class, seeking alternative route, so I ended up waking a distance. And once I got home, I figured I suffered something which is why I'm here facebook-ing and blogging instead of staying inside the class. Got a day break for myself.

I see time asking me to go, so till then.

Da Vinci!

Am going to Leonardo Da Vinci's Gallery this Wednesday!

By just talking about it makes me all excited!

Hopefully the gallery will exhibit Mona Lisa. It would be something extremely NICE and AMAZING!

It's a once a life time experience!

There are so many valuable things we should see in this world. Venus De Milo or Van Gogh's Sunflowers, to name a few. I wish to see it all!

Anyway, busy schedule coming in! This Wednesday I will also have a night class. And starting this Sunday, I will like have Sunday classes 3 weeks in the row! More to expect in the future.

Oh well, gotta go. Till then.

Criminalise WAR.part 2

Here this is it (haha not related with MJ). The pictures and the event I promised to talk about.

Last Saturday, went to this International Conference and Exhibition. It was my first time going to PWTC, so for few minutes, I was like...sesat (lost). So I rang Lee Pui Yee's hand phone, asking her where's the entrance!

Ha.ha As silly as it seems, I managed to found the entrance.

Anyway, I saw Vinci there, so, I'm kinda safe.

Afterward, Pui Yee and her friend, Pui Mun joined us...erm, the two actually went to lower ground, they thought I was there. Sorry ya! Lollipop, yes I still remember!

Soo after, we went for a free lunch though it's not that impressive, and I'm still very the hungry. Without wasting time, because Pui Mun needs to go home early, we went to to exhibition. I tell you it really opened my mind about war. Well, not that I don't know how ugly the war can be, but still, by witnessing the real thing, you know the pain and suffering can eat you up.

By 1.40 like that, we entered. We were not allowed to take pictures, but only in the front entrance. I tell you if I can take pictures, you will be...erm...displeased.

The entrance. (caught this picture after we got out)

(we...secretly take this picture hahahaha) It's an art work from some local University.

Well, share your thought. After we explored, we then take pictures (where we were allowed). I signed and voted for no war appeal. I think I wrote something about gathering some useful and right people to create awareness. Not that I aware how, but it serves to be something important to the public to realise our capability to influence people around.

The entrance before we went inside the 'chamber'. Vinci (left) and Pui Yee (right)

Me and Pui Yee. Benito Mussolini, the main of great power back in the early 19th century.

Aha.

So, after the thing, Pui Mun left us a while ago, we met Vatsela with her sister and friend. We agreed to meet later in The Mall. We had pizza! After several months of not having pizza, finally!

After meal (it was already about 4 plus), Vatsela and co joined us, we walked around until 5.

Okay, Gonna talk a bit about the war.
War exhibits cruelty, immorality and irrationality.
Why?

One of the highlights, ‘The Man in the Hood’, one professor (hope I’m right about the professor) criticise about the US about the war. The soldiers caught him and then tortured him. As the name implied, the man was covered his head with a hood, and then electrocute him, he was put up as he’s crucifix. When the soldier saw blood stain, they stopped and called the doctor in, the doctor said; he bitted his own tongue, and asked the soldier to continue.

The torment is inhuman.

I wish I could talk more about the torture chamber...but it’s really sickening.

I would quote Confucius saying again

“What you do not wish for yourself, do not do to others”

Isn’t it true? Imagine that soldier is the one being tortured.

Anyway, the objectives of this event are:
-TO STOP THE SLAUGHTER OF INNOCENT
-TO STOP PROFITEERS EARNING BLOOD MONEY
-TO STOP THE MASS MEDIA GLORIFYING WAR
-TO STOP THE MANUFACTURE OF WEAPONS

To achieve the peace, we declare that

Killings in war are as criminal as the killings within societies in times of peace. It's thereby killing in peace time would subjected to International Law of Crimes. Furthermore, all commercial, financial, industrial and scientific activities that aid and bet war should be criminalised!

What more important is that all national leaders who initiate aggression must be subjected to the jurisdiction of international Criminal Court. It is an important issue that all nations strengthen the resolve to accept the purposes and principles of the United nation Charter and institute methods to settle international disputes via peaceful means and to renounce war.

Political parties must include peace as one of their principal objectives. This is not limited to just political parties but also public servants or professionals must promote peace and campaign actively against war.

Non-governmental organisation should affirm their belief in peace and pledge to strive for peace. For media and entertainment, they have the ability to influence the mind of people should instead of glorifying the war but bear the responsibility to report the violence instigated by the war and should instead cultivate the ethos of peace.

It's certainly comical that when in time of peace we still seek to feel the disadvantage of others and then provoke unnecessary and unwise plan to hurt others. And during war times, we do not appreciate the time of peace and regret upon their former action.

Do we really need to wage a war to allow us understand the pain so that we can feel the real sense of peace? The answer is no. Some of the young generation forget the pain and suffering of the people from the past. It is our parents' duty to allow them to understand why peace is so much more important. People from the past had enough, I'm sure they do not want the future generations like us to feel like what they felt.

I think that throughout the years, war have become unnecessary. For now, war should be deemed as uncivilised, uncultivated and improper conduct. There no longer needed for any country to prove. Leaders should bear in mind of the importance of the people's wellbeing.

Wars have been subjected to the past and present time. Humans by history, shows that war seems to be inevitable especially fighting for independence. To some, war seems to be a glory, an honour by winning. It is true that for human nature, winning is always the positive thing. I won't deny that fact.

I think it's essential for people to reflect themselves. So people out there, it seems dull to read, but I want you to know that this abide great consequence if we able to criminalise war.

A day.

It was just the typical morning I usually will have, normally waking up early in the morning to prepare myself for the college day or I will just wake up, prepare myself for the day and just read the newspaper and/or watching tv, I guess not today.

So, as usual, did all what I required this morning and went to KTM station. About 8.35 am, got there, and will walk straight away to the yellow line. (To those who use KTM as means of transportation will understand what I’m saying, otherwise, it’s the line where we passengers-gonna -be required to station until the people from the train get out.)

So, was there, and expecting the train to arrive at 8.45am, and then there was an announcement that the train will be late for 10 minutes. KTM usually like that. Then again, the delay not just because of the inefficiency but due to safety reason. And, the announcement, I truly think that this was really a fate.

Why fate?

Just few seconds after the announcement, I heard a loud bang, by the time; I moved my head to right, I SAW a woman fell over and her head knocked onto the floor. I swear she almost gonna fell over to the rail track (imagine how severe would be if she really land with her head to the stones)

That woman suffered from a fit. I’m terrified. It was my first time seeing someone having a seizure.

The scene is still vivid in my mind.

When I saw that woman’s face, I was literally stunted. I’m so shocked.

Today, I would say that it’s an important event.

It makes me realise that as helpless as we could be, we ought to live as happily as possible. We do not know what will happen in the future.

And also, I want people to know that, besides concerned about yourself; you have to care about others especially the person you really care. You will not regret if you give yourself extra cautious about every small bit of information regarding the person you care. It saves life. And, trust me, it will help.
