As some may know, MCA is in deep crisis.

Firstly with the President of MCA Ong Tee Kiat with his scandal.

And then the second man of the Party, Chua Soi Lek's sacking.

Well, I'm not particularly in the favour of Chua Soi Lek. As a convention, for a minister whose personal conduct is lower than the standard he should be, he should resign. And he did last time. I respect that decision, at least he take it as man. But I think many supporters would say what is personal conduct would be his business. Yea, it's right. But as a minister he should have clean hands and it's such a disappointment to those who looked at him as a role model. While this time, he got sacked with the same issue.

Frankly, his first mistake would be he makes his come back too soon. Many people are not satisfied with the fact that he became the vice-president while the fact that the scandal haven't completely resolve. He should wait for another time, re brand his name while waiting.

For like so many years you, yourself would know that you would have enemies attacking your back, and you still go into a hotel with your 'friend'. How would people set the cam up? Because...This is hilarious, you should know why.

Third mistake, he can't rub shoulder with his President. All already know that the two can't work together. Based on my opinion, where if you're the leader and you can't work with your co-workers what would you do? You might have given the answer.
But some Leaders would like receive critics and so on by co-workers. Too bad for him that his boss is not the type.

Another scandal issue is about the Mr.President of the MCA. He's suing Tiong for RM500 million for defamation. wee. What an amount of money. I don't know which one is telling the truth. But I hope that they would conduct the special check and balance as soon as possible. "Save MCA" had been launched to sack him. I believe for the Party own benefit, the problem should be settle soon. It's tarnishing the reputation of MCA. The what so good about MCA would be gone overnight if this continued.

Well, as we can see, how can a party facing crisis to win the supports from us? When internal issues can't be done, and yet they urged for support. People simply don't have confidence toward the party. When if so, they began to break down and lose power.
What most important is, they should have a good leadership quality like Tun Tan Cheng Lock. Would everyone agree? THen again, people have their style of leadership, maybe we just can't get used to the leadership sytle.
